We inspect all interior walls, closets, under sinks, under stairs, around windows, around doors, attics, basements, and crawl spaces visually and with a moisture reader. Once this has been done, the inspector will advise on proceeding with additional tests and removal.

** We will drive up to 20 miles to perform an inspection at no additional cost. Any location more than 20 miles will incur an additional drive fee of $2 per mile.
